Chris Goodwill, MSPT and Clinic Co-Founder

Chris was introduced to the field of Physical Therapy at an early age, after undergoing ligamentous reconstructive surgery on both knees due to gymnastic injuries. Fascinated by the human body’s capability for healing, she decided to pursue Physical Therapy as a career. After graduating from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 1993, she completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy degree at Regis University in 1996.

Chris worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings in Colorado, Washington, and Oregon before co-founding Element Wellness and Sports Rehabilitation with Dr. Noah Goodwill in 2005. Chris utilizes a wide variety of techniques and treatments to treat all layers and structures of the human body that, if restricted, can lead to pain, tightness and reduced quality of life. Once the nervous system is calmed and realigned, the body can maintain proper alignment during activities of daily living.

Chris is well versed in Pilates and Yoga based rehabilitation, as well as strength and plyometric training. She treats a variety of recreational to high level competitive athletes, triathletes to golfers, for injury rehabilitation through performance enhancement training. Some of the techniques she uses include Butler’s Neural Mobilization, Upledger Craniosacral Therapy, osteopathic muscle energy application, Maitland joint mobilization, Barnes Myofascial Release, and Barral’s Visceral Manipulation.

Like her business partner and husband, Chris also maintains a healthy lifestyle. She practices Pilates, Yoga, and enjoys hiking and biking with her two amazing kids.

Dr. Brooke Bailey, DPT

A native Oregonian, Dr. Brooke's fascination with movement science and injury rehabilitation began during her time competing in high school Track & Field, but quickly grew into an obsession. Her physical therapy career started at the University of Oregon, in which she completed a Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology with a minor degree in Psychology in 2012. She later earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree with honors at Regis University in Denver, Colorado in 2019.

Dr. Brooke takes a broad approach in her treatment style, with the knowledge that many different body regions and systems can all be factors in pain presentation. Her practice is greatly influenced by Myofascial Release Technique, Pain Science Theory, Craniosacral Therapy, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and Pilates-Based Rehabilitation. Dr. Brooke adheres to the belief that normal age-related changes in the body do not have to be accompanied with pain, and that specific exercise can often be the missing link to a pain-free and functionally independent life. She enjoys treating a wide scope of injuries and conditions, with a particular emphasis on chronic pain management, overuse-related injuries, and sports injuries.

Born and raised in Bend, Oregon, Brooke has taken to rock climbing as her primary athletic endeavor. She's spent her time outside the clinic climbing in beautiful outdoor areas, ranging from Rocky Mountain National Park to Bishop, California. Despite all the traveling she's done, she loves living in the Pacific Northwest the most.
