Patients with UHC are welcome to pay at the time of the visit and submit receipts to their insurance. We will not do any billing for them, but if they have an out-of-network benefit, they may be able to get some reimbursement.

IF YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY IS NOT LISTED HERE, You can ALWAYS CALL THE INSURANCE TO FIND OUT IF THEY HAVE OUT-OF-NETWORK BENEFITS THAT WE CAN BILL UNDER.
