You may opt out of text messages at any time by notifying our office or replying “STOP” to a message. No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates. Voicemail Terms and Conditions

We may leave voicemail messages at the telephone number(s) you provide to communicate important information related to your care, including appointment reminders, test results, follow-up instructions, billing matters, and other healthcare-related information. These messages may include detailed or personal information. Please be aware that voicemail systems may not be secure and messages could be accessed by others who have access to your phone or voicemail inbox. While we make reasonable efforts to protect your privacy, there is a risk that voicemail messages could be heard by unauthorized individuals. By providing your phone number and authorizing voicemail communication, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with leaving detailed voicemail messages. You may request limited or no voicemail messages at any time by notifying our office in writing.
